There isn't one. I have a lamp that's got the bulb a foot from the table, and another one that's got the bulb two feet from the table. And if you go to the home store, you'll find even more distances between the bulb and the table.
there are no rules for this, just personal opinion commonly installed with about 48" in between table top and bottom of fixture
The common height of a light fixture from a table is about 5 feet. Some fixtures are higher but not many are lower.
Decorators I work with say 30 inches.
Most of the time a fixture will be flush or as close to the ceiling as possible in a 8' ceiling.
A fixture is what the light bulb goes into.
The light is wired the same as any voltage fixture. Bring the source voltage to the fixture and connect it to the two fixture wires. If you want to control the off-on of the fixture take the source voltage to a switch first and then out of the switch to the light fixture.
The fixture box should have a ground screw on the bottom of the box. Sometimes you have to move other wires out of the way to see it. Just reconnect the fixture ground wire to this screw.
Disconnect the fixture wires and remove the central mounting nut to release the dome from the light fixture in a ceiling fan.
30 inches
Take the nut off at the bottom of the light fixture by unscrewing it.

It is usually on the bottom of the traffic light.
In North America, it's on the bottom.

Standard rule, top to the fixture same height as top to the door.
The standard height from the top of your table to the bottom of the light fixture above should be between 30"-36". Also the size of the fixture should be a little bit greater than 50% the width of the table itself.
The correct spelling for a fancy light fixture is "chandelier."

The general price for a moern light fixture, depending on the amount of voltage and length/size, will generally run t about $20 for a standard room light.
