It seems like you are looking for "gas". Atoms in a solid vibrate at very high frequencies (but I wouldn't consider that "moving" in the general sense), and atoms in a liquid vibrate at close to the same frequency but move around and past each other, though not as fast as in a gas.

What is the phase of matter that is made of high energy particles?

The phase with particles having highest energy is Plasma(super heated gas) , it is 4th state of matter, the sun is plasma.

How the particles in matter move?

It depends which state of matter you are referring to -- solid, liquid or gas. Solid: molecules vibrate in place Liquid: molecules are moving faster than a solid but slower than a gas. gas: molecules are moving at a high speed hope this helps :)

Phase of matter consisting of high-energy particles?

plasma it has gas particles and ions

The phase of matter that is made up of very high-energy particles is?

The kinetic energy of the molecules is greatest in gases.

What type of matter that has so much energy the particles are charged.?

plasma, when you pass a high energy of electricity the electrons are shed from the the molecules that they become ionized . they have got high energy and high heat. the sun, stars are in the state of plasma

What factors do kinectic energy depend on?

One of it is heat. As heat increases, particles gains energy and started vibrating faster when its in a solid state, move more in liquid state and move randomly at high speed when in gaseous state.

it is electrons

What is the reason particles have mass?

Particles have mass because they are matter, and matter is anything that has mass and takes up space. The wave packet that defines the particle is of such high frequency that its energy has a gravitational vector.

What does plasma do as the fourth state of matter?

Fourth state of matter is the ionic state which is named as plasma. Plasma in case of blood is different from this Ions are nothing but the atoms having lost the electrons or having excess of electrons. These occur only at very high temperatures.
