SOL in Alabama for an Open Account is 3 years from last charge or payment and a Written Contract 6 years. Medical bills are normally considered written contract, but it could be one or the other. If the contract is signed under seal, it may have a longer time. Note that other factors will determine when the SOL begins to be counted.

It will depend on the level of crime. In Alabama a misdemeanor is set at 12 months. For a felony it is set at 3 years. The statute is met once an indictment or warrant is issued, regardless of whether it can be served immediately or not.

What important thing did cinncinatus do?

Cinncinatus was the first elected leader of the fledgling Roman empire. He was elected to lead them in war against their first enemies. With this election, he was given absolute power during this time of war. Due in good part to Cinncinatus' leadership, their enemy was defeated rather quickly. He returned to a Rome as a hero to the people. They insisted that he retain his powers and lead them. He refused, explaining that Rome was a citizen governed republic, and that citizen representatives should serve their term and return to their civic life. Cinncinatus is the Father of term limits and running a republic correctly to avoid the possibility of corruption. This is why he was a role model for George Washington and why there is a stutue of President Washington dressed in Roman garb as Cinncinatus. Washington followed Cinncinatus' example. After he served as our first President, contrary to popular sentiment, he stepped down as President, and returned to his farm, avoiding the creation of America's first King.

How fast do cargo ships sail?

== == == == Most large mass-market vessels (Carnival, Royal Carribbean, etc) have top speeds around 21-24 knots. Smaller vessels and boats designed for long distances can go a few knots faster (the Queen Mary 2, for instance, can do 29 knots which is highly unusual for a large cruise ship). This does not mean they always operate at full speed-- generally they will go as fast as necessary to get where they are going on a given day, so on a short hop between nearby ports, they may go much slower. Figure 14-20 knots is a pretty typical range for most cruises. A Knot roughly equals 1.15 MPH. So that gives us 16-24 mph. Again, this is just the ballpark. The reason for the low speed is the rapidly increasing resistance of water against the submerged hull. Ships designed specifically for high speed (warships generally) will also result in a bouncier ride, which isn't something most cruisers are interested in.
