14t on front. 40t on back
The chain is size 530, and the stock gearing is 15/45, meaning that the front sprocket has 15 teeth and the rear sprocket has 45 teeth.
45 tooth rear
I think 17/42 is stock
150 at the crank is what i have read
Yes. I have 14/49 with a stock chain. Pulls up nice and smooth.
I have a Rizla k8 and by looking at the service manual online for K8s it says 17T. I have a 16T up front though. Rear is 43T. Stock chain is DID530 VA9, 112 Links.
The 1984-1986 Suzuki GS 1150 models have a stock 630 gauge chain with 102 links.Best, Kerim
100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 ft --edit-- Stock chain will be a #35 Chain. You can purchase it from many places on the web. While you're at it, change up your rear sprocket to an 80t or so.
depends if the sprocket is bigger or smaller than a stock sprocket.
43/16
straighten the bent washer, Did you buy spare lock washers? remove the nut, 1-1/4" or 32 mm, I stand on the rear brake loosen the chain adjustment work the front sprocket out if the chain, it's tougher with a 14 tooth install new sprocket Don't forget to bend the washer back over the nut if you have the stock chain it might not have a master link so i cut mine but there is a way to take it off without cutting .
