Arthur first appears in Welsh literature. In a surviving early Welsh poem, The Gododdin (ca. 594 AD), the poet Aneirin (ca. 535-600 AD) writes of one of his subjects that "he fed black ravens on the ramparts, although he was no Arthur." However, this poem (as it currently exists) is full of interpolations, and it is not possible to decide if this passage is an interpolation from a later period. The following poems attributed to Taliesin are possibly from a similarly early date: The Chair of the Sovereign, which refers to "Arthur the Blessed"; Preiddeu Annwn ("The Treasures of Annwn"), mentions "the valour of Arthur" and states "we went with Arthur in his splendid labours"; and the poem Journey to Deganwy, which contains the passage "as at the battle of Badon with Arthur, chief giver of feasts, with his tall blades red from the battle which all men remember."

King Arthur was actually an orphan by birth and he was treated under the care of his uncle. Once what happened was that Arthur and his uncle and his cousin went to watch a show of the emperor in his kingdom While they reached there his uncle had forgotten his sword in the church. He said Arthur to fetch it for him. He went to the church and started looking for the sword. The event was actually that who ever would remove the magical sword given by the GODS will become the King of the particular empire and the place where the sword was kept was in the church and when Arthur saw the sword he thought this is the sword of his uncle and went away from there. When he returned he showed his uncle his sword. The uncle was terrified to see that Arthur was the one who had removed the sword and thus he told the emperor all the things he saw. And on that sword was written that, " there will be only one boy who could remove that mystical sword" and that was King Arthur.
