Sure, just make sure you follow the package directions for making substitutions. If for example, the recipe calls for a cup of sugar and the package directions says you can substitute 1/4 cup of canderel for a cup of sugar, only add a 1/4 cup of canderel to your recipe. Note: You will have a little less batter so slightly reduce the amount of batter you add to your muffin cups.
