I actually work for out local wildlife sanctuary, rehabilitating baby rabbits and squirrels, and I am sad to say, the chances are quite slim. Although I do release lots of baby rabbits every year, its extremely difficult and you have to know exactly what you're doing to give your rabbit any chance. Rabbits are such small, fragile animals, any disruption in their lives is often very stressful, and could lead to death just from stress alone.
On the other hand, rabbits mature very quickly. At around 7 days old, they open their eyes and around 14 days, they start to walk around and eat solid food. As soon as the rabbits eyes are open and ears are up and its eating solid food well, its ready to be released into the wild - if we are talking about a wild rabbit here. When I breed my domestic show rabbits, we do not wean them from mom until they are 3 pounds, just to be super safe.
If you are bottle feeding a baby rabbit, I can guarantee it that a nipple and syringe is not the best option. You need to get specialized baby rabbit formula from you local pet store or wildlife sanctuary and although they do sell nipples and all, tube feeding is the best way to go. Its a small, plastic tube that you feed directly to the rabbits stomach and then they are guaranteed to have gotten the right amount of formula.

If the rabbit is a baby, it will have the best chance of survival if you give it to a wildlife rehabber or someone from a rabbit rescue organization. Baby rabbits are very difficult to hand-raise, especially if you don't have experience.

Oh, the chances of survival are quite high! At 27 weeks pregnant, your baby has an 85% chance of survival if it were to be born that week! You are nine weeks ahead of that! Your baby's lungs are fully developed at this stage so I wouldn't worry.
