There are few - if any - symbolisms in Judaism. People and non-kosher animals are surely not used often - if at all. A mother and baby elephant does not sound like a Jewish symbol.
The symbolism of an elephant with a trunk lifted is said to mean good luck. An elephant with its elephant down is said to be bad luck.

They survive by living in their herd/pod/group or what ever you would wish to call it but I call it a family, anyways the baby will live with it's mother and it's family drinking from its mother. If it is a baby male elephant though the mother will care for it until it can eat/drink on it's own then the family will kick it out because they do NOT tolerate male elephants and the male will live on it's own.
