Adrenal Medulla is not the correct answer. The actual target of ACTH is the Adrenal Cortex, hence the name Adrenocorticotropic Hormone.
Please feel free to test my answer, but I believe that is more specific than suggesting the Medulla itself.
The adrenal gland is the target gland for ACTH hormone. It acts on the adrenal cortex.
pituitary gland
ACTH is secreted by the pituitary gland.
Endocrine glands produce hormones which travel through your blood stream carrying messages to other parts of your body.
The thyroid gland.
That is autonomic nervous system regulates body activities via hormone secretions. Hypothalamus is supposed to be the boss centre for the same. Actually it is the 'Limbic system' that governs you.
The pituitary gland is the master gland of the endocrine system. It is responsible for controlling growth and development, regulating other glands, and serves as storage for hormones produced by the hypothalamus.
Another name for the pituitary gland is the hypophysis (it may be called the hypophyseal gland by some). This name comes from the Greek words that mean "grows under" and "to make grow". This name was given because the pituitary gland is located under a very important structure called the hypothalamus, from which it get almost all of its instructions on what hormones to secrete. Further, the hormones that the pituitary secretes are important for skeletal growth, development of other glands and organs, etc. Thus, the description "grows under" and "to make grow" are good descriptions of the location and function of the pituitary.
Salivary glands, stomach, exocrine pancreas, and small intestine.

Master Gland
The thyroid gland.
The adrenal gland is divided into an inner adrenal medulla and an outer adrenal cortex. As the name 'adrenal' suggests, the adrenal glands secrete the peptide hormone adrenaline (epinephrine) which is involved in the fight-or-flight response. This is secreted by the adrenal medulla. The adrenal 'cortex' is involved in secreting corticosteroids, important fat-soluble hormones in the body. Since it is a gland that secretes hormones, it is known as an endocrine gland, part of the endocrine system.

Name another exocrine gland
negative feedback cycle
These are the adrenal glands.
Thyroid
The pituitary gland is the master gland of the endocrine system. It is responsible for controlling growth and development, regulating other glands, and serves as storage for hormones produced by the hypothalamus.
The name of this gland is Pituitary. it is located at the base of the brain in pituitary fossa. It is controlled by the hypothalamus, which is the part of the brain. This gland is called as master gland the endocrine system.
