There is no applications folder in Vista. However, you can find a folder called 'program files' in your windows partition. In program files, you can find your applications.

A Mac is a computer and Windows is an operating system so it is impossible to change one into the other. If the Mac has an Intel processor you can downgrade it by installing the Windows operating system. You can use the Boot Camp utility (in the Utilities folder within the Applications folder) to partition your hard disc and install Windows so you can use both Mac OS X and Windows.
In the Utilities folder within the Applications folder is Boot Camp Assistant. This will talk you through the process of installing Windows onto the Macs hard disc. Alternatively you can run software such as Parallels or Fusion which will run Windows on top of Mac OS X. (See links below)
