It depends on the time of year, since England does Daylight Saving Time (Summer Time) but South Korea does not.
From the last Sunday of March to the day before the last Sunday of October, when it's 12 PM BST in England, it's 8 PM KRT in South Korea.
During the rest of the year, when it's 12 PM GMT in England, it's 9 PM KRT in South Korea.
