The morning service is during the first three hours or so after sunrise; early is preferable. The afternoon service may start from a half-hour after halakhic midday, or at any point until close to sunset. the evening service is recited during or after twilight.

according to Islam a Muslim should do five pray in each day. Shia muslims usually do 2,3 and 4,5 prays together so it seems they do only 3 times a day. prophet some times did prays together and its allowed in Islam. there is may Hadith in both sunni and shia books about this. and prophet said I do this to not make praying difficult for my people.
