If a running Harley gets laid on a side, either while moving or stopped/idling, the tip sensor kills the engine. the ignition switch must be cycled off then back on to start.
If you are asking if one exists on a Harley, the answer is yes.

on the left side
a 95 harley does not use a digital speedometer. If urs has one, it is probably aftermarket modificiation.
The speed sensor is mounted on the right side of the transmission case below the starter.

AS FAR AS I KNOW the exhaust is the same. i know the slip on mufflers will and the O2 sensor ports will have to be pluged
If you don't have a speedo cable on your front wheel, you have a speedo sensor. I believe that change was made in 2000.
