There is a sticker on the inside of your glove box with pressures listed depending the size of your tires. My tires are 175/70 13 and it suggest 33psi in front and back
A 1999 Hyundai Accent tire pressure would normally be 32 pis. The tire has the rating stamped into the sidewall.

There is a label on the door jamb that shows the tire pressure recommendations. Between 32-35psi is what I put in my tires.

Check the label on the driver's door jamb or in the owners manual for the proper pressure. The pressure listed on the side wall of the tire is the max safe pressure of the tire only.
