Formation of cuticles
Examples of plants that have roots, stems, and leaves but do not produce seeds are flowers. Flowers have roots, stems, and leaves; and reproduce by pollination with the help of bees, and other insects.
There are 4 stages to the development of a tomato plant. First, the seeds sprout; second, the plant grows roots and leaves; third, stems and flowers appear; and fourth, fruit grows.
The roots.
examples of plant organs are the root, leaves, stem, seeds, etc.
Seed plants have roots, stems, leaves, has vascular tissue, and flowers that produce seeds.

From the roots. All plant parts are grown for a reason, first the seeds are planted, the seeds are for starting the plant and for producing more, next the roots grow, the roots are for collecting food and minerals, next the stem sprouts, the stem is for guiding the foods and minerals to the entire plant, then the leaves sprout, the leaves soak up sun and oxygen for the plant to live, last but not least the produce comes out [you know what that's for].
Some characteristics of seed plants are that they produce seeds to protect and nourish sporophytes, and the sperm of seed plants do not need water to get to the egg. Pollen can be transported by wind, human, or animals. Another characteristic is the gametophytes are small and form within the reproductive structure of the sporophytes.
seeds should first form roots then they grow stems and then the grow leaves and after that they sprout shoots then they grow bigger then they become a plant.
You can make tisanes from leaves, roots, bark. seeds and fruit.
Formation of cuticles
In my research the roots, seeds, fruits, flowers, leaves, flower bud and stems are the plant parts that can be eaten
Plants grow from the roots and seeds germinate in the roots as well.
There are basically three tissue systems making a plant body:the dermal tissue, vascular tissue and the ground tissue. The dermal tissue is the outer protective covering of the plant, it is called the epidermis in non-woody plants. The vascular tissue transports material (water and nutrients) between roots and shoots. This tissue is composed of two conducting systems:xylem and the phloem. The xylem conveys water from roots to the shoots while the phloem conveys organic nutrients from where they are produced to where they are needed. The ground tissue makes up the bulk of the plant. It specializes in storage of material, photosynthesis and support. It consists of simple tissues called the parenchyma, collenchyma and sclerenchyma which helps it to function.
