It's in the Haynes Repair Manual - 156 in-lbs or 135 Nm
Just did mine today. The real trick is getting all the stuff like the Air Intake Manifold and such off first.
specification on gapping spark plugs for 2006 chevy cobalt
14
13 ft lbs
i have not found specs. make sure they are firm.
The torque specification is 13 foot pounds or 130 inch pounds for the spark plugs on a 2007 dodge caravan 3.3 liter
None, It is commonly believed that 22ft/lb is the torque for all spark plugs but this is incorrect
When the plugs are finger tight, tighten them with a ratchet 1/16 of a turn.
Good and tight, but don't break the thing.
Haynes book says 13 foot pounds
Torque the spark plugs to 11 lb/ft.
It depends on what type of spark plug you have. Go to www.ngksparkplugs.com/techinfo/spark_plugs/installation.asp to see a guideline of torque specs for plugs. Those are from NGK, but will cover any other spark plug as well.
Maybe when they put the spark plugs in they were not gapped right or they maybe the wrong spark plugs.
