I have one - a B3500 (15 passenger). It is set up to run 12,500 GCWR and the van weighs #6700 loaded with our kids & gear, so the net available for towing is #5800.
CHECK THE OWNERS MANUAL to make sure. I can post the chart from the manual here if there is enough need.
