"ABBA a haru" is not a Hebrew Phrase.

Abba (אבא) means "the Father" in Aramaic. It is also used for "dad" in Modern Hebrew. The rest is not even close to Hebrew.

The best I can do is abba acharav (אבא אחריו) which means "dad is after him"
