Lymphoma doesn't cause bumps to grow on the back of your head; it can cause swelling in the lymph glands, none of which are on the back of your head. It sounds like you are describing a lipoma, not a lymphoma. Lipoma is a benign, fatty growth and can occur almost anywhere.
