The Nez Perce colors were brown and green, because of Mother Earth, and her resources. I love apple pie!
Each tribe of the league had its own tribal lands. These were in the area that later became New York state, with the Senecas on the west along the Genessee river, then the Cayuga around Cayuga lake, then the Onondaga, then the Oneida and the Mohawks on the east in the Mohawk river valley. In 1722 the Tuscaroras joined the league and were given land just north of these tribes.
The Tuscarora Indians and the Germans, Dutch and British were fighting in the war. The Europeans won even though many tribes joined the Tuscaroras.
There is no such thing as "tribe colours". Furthermore, the Timucua were never organised as a single tribe, but were a loose collection of many different peoples speaking 9 or 10 related languages (much like the term Sioux). The Timucua became extinct soon after 1800 so very little is known about them, but they seem to have been distinguished by extensive use of tattoos and clothing of moss, woven cloth and animal hides.
Since there are thousands of tribes (in just the Americas), and thousands of sub-tribes of those tribes: and each tribe has a slightly different meaning of those items; not to mention the differences of that societies colors (meanings) from another - it is in actuality impossible to answer a broad and general question like this.
The Tuscaroras were the last group to join the League of Iroquois in 1722.
one part of tuscaroras culture in the past was that the people of the tuscarora tribe belonged to the Iroquian linguistic family.

Iroquois is not the name of a tribe - it is the name given to a group of related tribes. At first these were the Cayuga, Seneca, Mohawk, Onondaga and Oneida, who were joined in 1722 by the Tuscaroras who moved north from North Carolina to seek membership of this league. There is no Iroquois tribe and no Iroquois language, since each of the tribes spoke their own language. The date that the original 5 tribes joined together for mutual protection was not recorded; it was likely to have been some time in the 1500s, before European explorers reached the area.
