According to their English website, Yoyogi charges their tuition per day of instruction (which sounds a little strange to me, but that's what it says). At the time of this writing (03/10/2015), they charge 7500 yen per class plus a 20000 yen administrative fee.
Using these dates, the cost for one year is about 1850000 yen (244 days without weekends and national holidays). Two years makes 3700000 yen (unless they take out that administrative fee for the second year). However, I've never attended this school, so I'm not sure about their actual tuition.
