this is a "hardcore" fat loss diet used by bodybuilders leading up to a contest. It is simple in concept, torture to follow. You consume nothing but tuna and water daily for 3 days. Tuna consumed should equal 1.0 to 1.5 grams protein per pound of your bodyweight. Consume 1-3 liters water daily. Take vitamin also. You can rotate this mini-diet however often you need to get in shape/or maintain.
