Laurasia and eurasia!
The super continent Pangaea that existed millions of years ago is now broken into many pieces of large land masses, therefore, becoming the continents that we live on today.
In the beginning all the continents of the Earth were joined together to form 'Pangaea' . This large piece of land was then divided into current continents . The Pangaea started to separate about 10 billion years ago .
Pangea first separated into two large land masses in Mesozoic Era(from 245 to 64 million years ago) or in Triassic Period.Pangaea broke into Gondwana and Laurasia approx. 180 million years ago.
When the large land mass called Pangaea split apart, the plants and animals living on each continent were separated.

pangaea is the supercontinent that existed millions of years ago, when all the continents were together in one large. supercontinent. Pangaea ultima is the supercontinent that is predicted to form in the next 250 million years. So to be simple, pangaea already happened and pangaea ultima is predicted to happen. :)
