What does eukaryote have that prokayote does not?

A eukaryotic cell has a membrane-enclosed nucleus and other membrane-enclosed organelles. A prokaryotic cell has no membrane-enclosed organelles, including a nucleus. A prokaryotic cell's DNA is a circular chromosome in the cytoplasm.

The cell nucleus and mitochondria are some examples.

What are membrane covered organelles?

this are organelles enclosed by a membrane

Why are bacteria considered prokayotes?

Because they do not have a distinct nucleus .That is, their nucleus is not covered by a membrane. Prokaryotes such as bacteria also do not contain membranous cell organelles. Pro=Primitive Karyon=Nucleus

What makes something a eukaryote cell?

A eukaryote cell is one that contain a nucleus and other organelles enclosed within membranes.
