I thought about this a little, and I think three really good goals to start with are
1) Decrease the worldwide homicide rate to less than 1 in 100,000. The U.S. is somewhere between 5 and 6 per 100,000.
2) Increase charitable giving to 10% of the worldwide GDP. The U.S. is a little over 2%.
3) Increase the rate at which individuals worship or contemplate their existence in a group setting to at least once per week. Don't know the stats on this one.
