Slow and horrifying. Our buyer is using Wells Fargo, and we've had to delay closing three times now. If I have a choice, I will never, ever sell a house to someone using Wells Fargo again. I'm 6 months pregnant. I missed my OB appointment scheduled in my new city. I have asked for three days off work 3 times now, canceled the UHaul three times, I am living in a boxed-up house with few groceries, and am just plain sick of waiting. The people living in my new house are in a similar situation, as are the buyers of my house. Wells Fargo doesn't care, is poor with communication, and shows no hustle whatsoever.
