yes biology is a must if you are opting to become a doctor. Although, i don't think biology is the problem, physics is what is tough.

In biology you learn how to dissect animal parts and bodies, so you need to know some of that knowledge for surgery when you're a doctor.
You could still have a chance at becoming a doctor, even though you haven't taken these exams yet. You will have to take courses and exams in these areas in order to achieve your goal of becoming a doctor, so there isn't a way to skip it. You can however, still take the required courses and become eligible to enter medical school by following the required course of study.
