When the turbo compresses the air it also gets warmer. The intercooler cools the air after it's been compressed but before it enters the cylinders. Cooler air has a higher density, which means you can get more air into the engine. With more air you can burn more fuel, and when you burn more fuel the engine makes more power.
The following techniques can be used to prevent slag inclusions: Use welding techniques to produce smooth weld beads and adequate inter-run fusion to avoid forming pockets to trap the slag. Use the correct current and travel speed to avoid undercutting the sidewall which will make the slag difficult to remove.
Well do you really think that i know? By the way Connor is WAYY cooler than Liam!

im not sure what u mean...but i guess u mean is it better to run intercooler with your turbo setup on a particular engine...yes the intercooler will aid in cooling drastically over a non intercooled engine...think of it as a/c or non a/c in your house u want the cold cold air if possible
You HAVE to intercool a turbo. The purpose of the intercooler is to cool the exhaust before it circulates back through the turbo. The power gains very depending on the size of the turbo and the amount of boost you're running.
You shouldn't have to clean the interior unless the turbo failed. Like the exterior it can be cleaned with hot soapy water or a hose.
No, but it allows you to get more bhp out of your engine without overheating your turbo.
Just needs to be inspected, every once in awhile, to check for paper/leaves-debris from blocking the air flow through it.
Intercoolers are used on anything that has a turbo. It's not that is has to do with "Diesel" engines. They're used to cool the exhaust charge going back into the intake with the ambient air that is forced into the inter cooler. So that you're not just cycling hot air back into the intake. Since hot air= less Hp, Cold air = more hp.
no u need an inter cooler for any xbox console
you throw a missle at it
No, the intercoolers need airflow to pass over the coils carrying away heat from the compressed turbo air. Intercoolers work the same way a radiator does in your car.
Means the same thing, just like saying blower and supercharger.
Sound like you have a massive boost or vacuum leak. Check all Intake piping from mass air flow meter to turbo, turbo to inter cooler to air intake on the top of the motor. If it is sucking in air anywhere after the Mass Air it will idle fine but will die under load. Is there a Check Engine Code you might have scanned ?
remove turbo and intake then remove cooler from under side of intake.
