Did he just stay drunk for the rest of his life or possibly got married?3. What are Katniss and Peeta's kids names?4. What happened to Annie? (She had Finnick's son right?)

Buying a vehicle in Cincinnati depends on where you live. Hamilton county has a 6.5% sales tax rate. thus, if you paid $10,000 for a car, the sales tax would be $650. If you live in a county with a higher or lower sales tax, you tax rate will be changed to your county tax rate. If you live out of state, you will be charged your local tax rates. Dealers also add sales tax to any extra add on's, as well, such as accessories, doc fee's, warrenties, etc. Hope this helps...
From what i am getting on my findings, it is 7% of what the county says the motorcycle is worth, not how much you bought it for.

Sales tax depends on which county and or city in Illinois. Cook County and Chicago have higher sales tax than most of the state.
As of right now the sales tax in GA on an automobile is based on your county of residence. Whatever you pay for anything in your county will be the same rate of tax for a new car. Even if you buy your new car out of state, your sales tax will be paid to GA at your county of residence rate. So if you live in say Cherokee County and it cost you 6% tax to buy a new pair of shoes at your local shoe retailer, it will also cost you 6% tax to buy a new car, even if you by it in a different county that has a higher or lower rate of tax. The only exception to this is buying a vehicle that is titled to an individual (i.e. private sale).
