Vacuum
I would remove parts until the evaporator is exposed then blow it out and/or vacuum it out then spray it down with Lysol.
which gas law applied on rotary vaccum distillation
The purge canister is that black can in the front of cars and has wires and vacuum lines going to it, It is filled with charcoal. You just have to find out what is wrong. Start by checking the connections and vacuum lines and solonoid.
Plugged evaporator? Check for a vacuum leak either under the hood or under the dash Check the operation of the vacuum actuators under the dash Check the operation of the selector switch
if we use the ejector or vacuum pump to create vacuum in process tenk .then there may be backflow to the process tank (e g. evaporator) .to avoid that backflow we are using barometric legs.
give two reasons why we must operate the column pressure under 1 ATM or at vacuum condition?
The system needs to have the Freon reclaimed. With the Freon gone and pressure out of the unit, unscrew the ac lines from the evaporator, replacing the o rings as well. The system will have to have a vacuum pulled before Freon is added.
Blower motor working? Could be bad vacuum motor or connection could be plugged evaporator
From under the hood, recover the refrigerant and disconnect battery, remove the drier, two ac line connections to evaporator core, two heater hoses from heater core, vacuum line that goes to firewall and evaporator case nuts at firewall. From the inside of the car, remove center console, center the steering wheel, lock steering and remove steering column assembly. Remove pillar trim, kick panels, defrost trim, remove bolts along the top and sides of dash, disconnect any vacuum lines that go from the ac controls to the evaporator case, unplug any electrical connectors that prevent the right side of the dash from being swung over to allow access of the evaporator case. Use a tie down strap to secure the dash out of the way if needed while accessing the evaporator case. There is a picture of a Mustang with the dash removed at DenLorsTools.com in the Tech Artice How To section. Remove the evaporator case from the vehicle and replace the evaporator, put two ounces of refigerant oil directly into the replacement evaporator. Reverse removal procedures, evacuate and recharge system.
