Please check your coin and provide a denomination. Victoria was the Queen of England or more accurately, Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, which did not include Austria.
The value depends on the denomination and condition. An 1887 farthing is going to have a different value than an '87 shilling.
Please check your coin and submit a new question including the denomination of the coin. Queen Victoria died in 1901.
....All you've done is tell us you have a coin dated 1897 with Queen Victoria on it. You gave the Latin inscriptions which give us the Queen's full title: Victoria by the Grace of God queen of Britain, defender of the faith and empress of India. You need to provide the denomination, country of origin and the condition of the coin if you want a value. Most victorian coins either have the value on them, or you can at least say what the coin is made out of and how big it is. Without knowing what the denomination is, it is impossible to say if you have a $.25 coin or a $500 coin.
All British coins have that motto, and all denominations from the Victorian era have Queen Victoria's picture on them, so that's not enough information to go on. Please post a new question with the coin's denomination and an idea of how worn it is. The denomination will be something like farthing, penny, shilling, or half-crown.
A denomination is needed. Please determine your bill's denomination and look for the question "What is the value of a 1934 C US [denomination] dollar bill?"
Such a coin does not exist. King William IV was on the throne in 1834, Queen Victoria was on the throne from 1837 and her first coins were issued in 1838. Please post a more-detailed question that includes the coin's denomination.
It wouldn't say Victoria and be dated 1909 because Victoria died in 1901. Also the motto is on ALL British coins so it doesn't help ID anything. Please post a new question with the coin's date and denomination.
