your gun is an Flues Model Ithaca Double the "S" means it is a single trigger (Optional) and 12 means 12 guage. Your gun was manufactured between 1914 and 1915 and discontinued in 1926 based on the serial number you provided. In mint condition it should be worth about $800.00 good condition 4 or 500.00
