Ecuador abandoned the Sucre in 2000 as its national currency and officially adopted the US Dollar.

At the time of close there were 25000 Sucres to the US Dollar, so 10000 would be worth have been worth 40 cents US.

Of course 9 years later, no-one is obliged to accept these as legal tender. So your 10000 Sucre bill is for all intents pointless.
