There are 2 possibilities:
If your coin is golden in color, a bit larger than a quarter and says "$1" on the back, that's because it IS a dollar. Hundreds of millions have been minted - a new design comes out every 3 months featuring each president in order of service. They're brass, not gold, so feel free to spend it.
If your coin has the same picture on both sides and no denomination, it's not a coin. It's a promotional token given out by a gasoline company many years ago. Huge numbers were given away and they have very little collector value.
Your item could be one of two things, neither of which has much if any value unfortunately. It's most likely a promotional token that was given away as part of an advertising campaign; there've been a lot of similar items made over the years. It's faintly possible that it's a "magician's coin" made by cutting two ordinary Presidential dollar coin in half and swapping the front and back sides. However the real coins don't say "1st president USA" so my opinion leans strongly to it being an advertising giveaway.
Without more details it's not possible to know whether it's a magician's coin made from the front halves of two Presidential dollars, or a promotional giveaway from an advertising campaign a couple of decades ago. But either way it has little or no collectible value.
