These seem to have been made by Iver Johnson and are getting hard to find. In late 2012, I find prices on Gunbroker and Gunsamerica from $100 to $400, depending on condition.
Please note that it's not safe to shoot modern loads in Damascus barrels due to both construction, and uneven erosion that Damascus is subject to. Also, some older guns have shorter chambers.
At the other end, under US Federal law, guns made before 1899 are considered "antique" and exempt from many transfer laws. Please keep in mind this ONLY applies on a case by case basis with models and serial numbers confirmed to date before 1899, and some states have different rules. Always check with a knowledgeable smith or dealer. Many dealers will not support antiques and treat them as modern firearms for transfer purposes, for legal liability and safety.
