Gold plating does not add value to the coin. In older coins worth a lot of money it actually decreases the value. These coins are not rare. Even with gold plating it is worth only the value of an ounce of silver which is around $28. See the related link below for the current silver price.
The value of a Silver Eagle coin is determined by the spot price of silver. Precious-metal prices change every day so any specific answer posted here becomes out of date almost immediately.
