Any collector value would depend on the serial numbers, and your definition of "really good condition".

Assuming "really good condition" (circulated) and not knowing what the serial numbers are, each note might get anything from £6 to £10 GBP. A set of five consecutively numbered notes would almost certainly realise more.

A reputable coin dealer will be able to give a more accurate valuation based on inspection of the banknotes.

If they are the current Bank of England Twenty Pound notes, they are worth Twenty Pounds each.

There is a niche market for groups of banknotes. If the notes are of a withdrawn type and they are in excellent to mint condition, somebody will be interested, but do not make any plans to retire on the proceeds.
