The question si superfluous as copper piping is NOT used in water wells.
What is the r value of water 2 feet thick
how many gallons of water are in 200 feet of 1 1/4 pipe
1.6 gallons of water.
That would depend on lots of factors. When I bought my current home, there was no copper pipe in it, it was all galvanized. Many modern homes have PVC piping in many places. And how many bathrooms are there? How many kitchens? Sinks? Washing machine? Dishwasher? Swimming pool?

Storm piping.
The copper pipe is reacting with metallic elements in the ground which in turn creates oxidation in the copper, which causes corrosion, which leads to holes in the copper pipe.
PVC piping can be buried as deep as 30 feet. It all depends on what you are doing.
There isn't enough information to answer your question. What is the conduit by which the water will be passing through? 1/2" copper, 3/4" PEX, etc.
Same as any other building, based on fixture units connected and for storm drainage how many sq feet of roof are would determine the diameter of the piping Ok, there would be much more piping because the units for the waste would be massive. You would end up having like 10 inch or way more piping for waste which is ridiculous. So, there must be alot of different stacks and for the water there would have to be alot of different places for the water mains, not just one.

Check the code. Some engineer has done the math and there should be a table for this.
