Same as any other building, based on fixture units connected and for storm drainage how many sq feet of roof are would determine the diameter of the piping

Ok, there would be much more piping because the units for the waste would be massive. You would end up having like 10 inch or way more piping for waste which is ridiculous. So, there must be alot of different stacks and for the water there would have to be alot of different places for the water mains, not just one.
