Peru does not have a current issue note with a denomination of 500,000. All notes issues prior to re-valuation in 1991 are essentially worthless other than to collectors.

The 500,000 Intis note was issued twice in 1988 and again in 1989. In perfect uncirculated condition, they are worth between $5-$7, depending on specific issue. A circulated note in Very Fine condition would be worth about $1.

Mexico did not issue a 5000 Peso note until 1980.

Until 1925, Banco de Mexico's largest denomination was the 1866 200 Peso note.

It could be an undocumented regional note, a note issued by a private bank or a local currency note issued by a town or village. You would have to describe the note in detail or take it to a banknote dealer for valuation.

The Inti currency in Peru only lasted 5 years from 1986-1991. The only issue of the 100 Intis note, dated 1987, is worth $0.35 in mint uncirculated condition and effectively worthless if used.
