Impossible to say without a first-hand inspection. However, the chances of it being genuine are slim. Several companies have been producing replicas of Revolutionary and Confederate bills over the last 80 years or so. The paper is artificially aged and the designs are photocopied. They're sold as collectibles and novelty items.

Replicas made after 1973 are legally required to have the word COPY printed on them. However older replicas didn't have COPY, so many of them are confused with "genuine" bills.
