The bear is a dead give away that it's a fake or modern replica and have no numismatic value. Also it may be gold plated or have a small amount of gold in it. Many pieces are back dated to the 1850's & 1860's. As to value I have seen groups of these ( 10 to 12) sell at auction for under $20.00.
