All 1879 trade dollars were proofs and the entire trade dollar series is heavily counterfeited. Most likely, your coin is a counterfeit, but should be examined by someone who knows a lot about coins (good places to start are coin shops and jewelry shops) if you believe it to be genuine, but most likely it is a counterfeit. If genuine it could be worth hundreds to thousands of dollars.
The coin is likely a 1879 Morgan dollar, no US dollar coin is a "Liberty dollar". In general $25.00-$35.00, but it also depends on the condition of the coin and if it has any mintmarks. Look at it again and post new question with more info. Mintmarks are on the reverse above the letters DO in dollar.
Please check your coin again and post a new, separate question. Anthony dollars were minted in 1979-81 and 1999. None contain any silver, and circulation versions have no extra value. There are no US silver dollars of any type dated 1790.
Assuming the coin is circulated and has no mintmarks, the 1879 Morgan is a common date. For an accurate assessment of value the coin needs to be seen and graded. Most coins of this year have seen heavy use and show a lot of wear. In general retail values for low grade coins are $17.00-$18.00, better grade are $19.00-$21.00 and coins showing almost no wear run from $22.00-$26.00. Values are a market average and only for coins in collectible condition, coins that are bent, corroded, scratched or have been cleaned have far less value if any to a collector or dealer
