With the limited amount of information provided in the question, it cannot be answered . Simple details such as what size Port Huron? They came in various sizes over the years from probably the most common 19-65 HP compound to rare double side by side compounds, highwheelers, 16 HP, 24 HP compound,32 HP, simples...compounds.....you get the idea. Port Huron was basically out the the production of traction engines by about 1922. I own a 19-65 compound that came out of the factory in July of 1921. I also have a 19-65 compound with a bad boiler that probably is a 1918( records vague- and yes, I've talked to David Kemler) .
It also would depend greatly on the condition of the boiler. If UT readings were used to check plate thickness that would help in the discussion. The restoration of a traction engine boiler is VERY EXPENSIVE. I've known people to drop 20- 25 K in just the restoration of a boiler alone.
I think if it were a 19-65 HP compound ( I use this model as it's probably the most common) in reasonably good condition with a good boiler it would probably fetch 15-25K. That price could go up significantly from there depending on it's overall condition.
Providence Steam Roller was created in 1916.
value will depend on overall condition..........................

Ordinary stamps were 3 cents each in 1916 .
The value of a 1916 20 Piastres coin depends on its condition. You could fetch anywhere between 25 and 180 US dollars for such a coin at auction.
The cast of For Value Received - 1916 includes: Bobby Burns as Jabbs Ethel Marie Burton Walter Stull as Pokes Robin Williamson

Mercury dimes were struck from 1916-1945. A 1907 dime is called a Barber (1892-1916) dime. It's a common date coin with a average value of $3.00.
