Values for early (1909-1934) Lincoln cents very much depends on the grade of the coins. A 1920-D is not rare or scarce, in average circulated condition values run from 50 cents to $2.50.
It depends on the condition, the 1920 wheat cent isn't worth too much in circulating condition, anywhere from 3 to 10 cents. If it is in mint-state condition, of course it is worth quite a bit more.
A mint condition 1920 penny w/ a mint mark is $5,000. I had one and sold it. I have another 2 now, because I bought them both for $2500
