The first thing to do is to make sure the head is actually upside down. All Lincoln cents are minted with the back rotated 180º versus the front. I.e. the words "E PLURIBUS UNUM" on the back should match up with the bottom of Lincoln's shoulder on the front. Compare the orientation to a modern penny.
If instead the words match up with the top of Lincoln's head, you could have what's called a rotated-die error. This happens when a die is incorrectly positioned in the coin press. Rotations can be partial or full. A full rotation (top and bottom of both sides pointing the same way) is considered to be the most valuable rotated-die error. To get an exact value your coin would have to be inspected in person by an appraiser who's knowledgeable about error coins.
