Without seeing your bill it's difficult to determine a value. Hawaii-overprint bills were used in that territory during WWII so they could be declared worthless if captured by the Japanese. Thus it's very possible you have what's called a "short snorter", a bill that was signed by a group of people (usually military) travelling together and saved as a memento.
Depending on the bill's condition and who signed it, a short snorter can be valuable by itself as a collectible, or as a keepsake for the signers' descendants. The best thing to do would be to have it inspected by a currency dealer and/or autograph dealer.
