There's no such coin. You're probably referring to a wheat-ear cent which shows two ears of standard wheat on the reverse side. These coins' values depend very much on their date and mint mark; prices can range from a few cents for common dates after 1940 or so up to many thousands of dollars for rarer early dates. Please look for existing questions in the form "What is the value of a [date] US cent?" to get a specific price for your coin.

There were no Indian Head pennies minted in 1915. The last Indian Head pennies were minted in 1909. In 1915 the type of penny minted was the Lincoln, Wheat Ear reverse (called 'Wheat penny'). A 1915 Wheat penny is worth from $1.50 to $500.00 according to mint mark and condition.
Please check your coin again. Wheat cents were struck from 1909 to 1958. All 1973 US cents have the Lincoln Memorial on the back, not the wheat-ear design.

There is no such thing as a "wheat head penny". They're either called Lincoln-head cents or wheat-ear cents because the back shows wheat stalks called "ears" (like ears of corn). Please see the Related Question for more information.
i believe you mean wheat which were pennies minted from 1909-1958. the are called wheat pennies because on the back of the penny there is an ear of wheat.
