Please check your coin again. Liberty nickels were minted from 1883 to 1912. A 1941 nickel would be a Jefferson nickel. There's more information at the question "What is the value of a 1941 US nickel?".
In circulated condition, it's currently worth about a dollar.
Please post a new question with the coin's denomination. In 1941 the word LIBERTY appeared on cents, nickels and quarters, while dimes and halves had images of Miss Liberty so "liberty coin" isn't specific enough.

5 fr. 1941 exists with French text, and Dutch (Flamish) text. Of both types over 40 million coins were struck, so the value is about 2 dollars... There is an exception for the year 1945 with Dutch legend, which is worth between 80 and 100 dollars!
