You have a very common error called a filled die error. It happens when a bit of grease or crud gets into the little recesses on a die that form the letters and numbers when a coin is struck. Filled die errors on later-date wheat cents are quite common. They're interesting but are rarely worth much more than face value.

How much is a 1945 wheat penny with united tates of America worth?

Your coin shows a common minting problem called a filled-die error. Grease or crud gets into the little recesses of a coin die and blocks a small part of the image from being struck. These occur frequently and don't add much to a coin's value unless they are extensive. Your coin might get at most 25 or 50 cents from a dealer, probably less.
